This website is operated by Unoyah LLC, a Virginia limited liability company doing business as Unoyah Technologies (“Unoyah”). This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.
Information we collect
When you submit a form on this site (for example, a contact request or an assessment request), we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, and any company, website, or message details you choose to share. We do not ask for payment information through this site. Our hosting and security providers may also process technical data such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, and security logs.
Form submissions are stored in this website’s database and delivered to us by email.
How we use it
We use form submissions to review your request, respond, and maintain an appropriate business record. We share personal information only with service providers that support this website: our web host (Rocket.net), our security and content-delivery provider (Cloudflare), our transactional email provider (Brevo), and our email service (Microsoft 365), or when required by law.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for it to work and to keep it secure, including services provided by our web host and by Cloudflare. We do not currently run advertising or third-party analytics on this site. If we add an analytics service, we will name it here before it is enabled. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you submit, including access controls on this website and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Data retention
We keep form submissions for up to 24 months from your last contact with us. If we work together, we keep the record for the duration of the engagement and for 3 years afterwards to meet legal and accounting obligations. You may ask us to delete your submission sooner.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, use the contact form and select “Privacy request.” We will acknowledge privacy requests in writing. We will verify and respond as required by applicable law.
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. We do not sell personal information.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will post the revised version here with a new effective date.
